Today the best solution for replacing one or more teeth are dental implants, perfect substitutes for teeth and very good alternative to your natural teeth. Thank to new dental implant procedure, their quality (naw we can use biocompatible materials) and accuracy (the computer drives the production and placement of implant) are garanted. With implants the patient can eat without pain, can enjoy natural sensation and there's no need for distasteful adhesives. There is no longer a need to use "glue" when your prosthesis is anchored to implants.

Correct treatment planning is one of most important element of successful implant treatment. It is untill now, based on clinical exames, casts and x-ray images, but there is no intraoperative correspondence between planning and anatomy and the discrepancy some time is not easy to solve. The conventional protocol for immediate loading in case of partial and full edentulism is many time difficult to management. The possibility to reduce post-operative symptoms with conventional approach its a procedure's limit. They provide the surgeon to virtual planning the correct 3-D position of implants in respect of anatomy of the patient and prosthetic rules.
