Abstract:
The functional and immediate load has been showed recently, as clinical than histological, improves positively the bone response around the oral implants.
The preoperative planning matched to the prosthetic placement of implants and the immediate splint of the single units; represent two paradigm of the immediate load protocol.
The aim of this presentation is to show the immediate delivery of the bridge at the same time of the surgery, obtained using the cad-cam technology on the stereolitografic models derived from the CT scan project.
This protocol give the opportunity to perform the mini invasive surgery (flapless) and the delivery the high quality of prosthetic components and framework derived from the cad cam process done before the surgery.
